Traditional Yoga Class

Traditional Yoga Classes take their inspiration from the various Yoga Traditions such as Raja and Hatha Yoga.

They follow 2 main Class styles:

  1. Asthanga Primary Series
  2. Yoga Classes that contain Themes like:
    • Back Bends
    • Forward Folds
    • Hip Opening
    • Inversions
    • Arm Balancing

Traditional Yoga Classes contain a Pranayama Set, Warm up, Sun Salutations, Set Yoga Sequence and Closing Savasana with Nature Inspired Meditations to finish. 

The next Traditional Yoga Classes take place on 7/8th of December.
